RULE 2 - PERMITS <br />2.05.6 (4) Protection of Public Parks and Historic Places <br />No public parks are located \\-]thin the PSCM permit Area or adjacent areas: therefore. no public <br />parks «-ill be affected by the proposed mining operations. As discussed in 2.04.4. Cultural <br />Resources. activities within the surveyed portions of the PSCM permit area are not anticipated to <br />affect any specific sites or areas listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Ilistoric <br />Places. These sites are discussed in fiurther detail in Exhibit 2.04.4-I:1, Cultural Information <br />(confidential). <br />If sites and areas listed or cli��ible for listing in the National Register of' Ilistoric Places are <br />identified during site dCVClopment activities. they \\ill he immediately addressed by PSCM. Should <br />ground disturbance occur in or near newly discovered sites PSCM x\111 coordinate with the State <br />Office of Ilistoric Preservation on development and implementation of a treatment plan for ant <br />sites expected to experience impacts from SnrfaCe disturbance or development.
