This letter serves as Loveland Ready-Mix's (LRM's) response to the <br /> Adequacy Review 4 Comments from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> (DRMS), dated February 23, 2018. <br /> LRM acknowledges the application consideration date extension and the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board hearing date of March 21 and 22, 2018. LRM will attend the Pre- <br /> Hearing Conference on March 8, 2018 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. <br /> RULE 6.4.7 EXHIBIT G - WATER INFORMATION <br /> Comment 39a <br /> Section 7.3.2 of the application claims that "ground water quality is not anticipated to be <br /> an issue. " Exhibit G cites a groundwater study (Telesto, 2017b) that was not submitted <br /> with the application. Has LRM analyzed the baseline groundwater quality? If so, please <br /> provide this data.
