The <br />paved section was in good repair ant there were no indications of erosional feature s. The unpaved portion of the <br />haul road starts at the entrance to the coal stockpile pad. This portion of the road was muddy. There were no ruts <br />or other erosional features observed. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> In 2017 the railroad ties and lines were removed from the loadout site. The railroad bed remains with the <br />ballast on it (Photo 4). Some snow remained on top of the rail bed. There were no erosional issues noted and the <br />site was stable. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 4: The Terror Creek Loadout rail bed was in <br />good repair. <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification sign is located to the left of the en trance to the site. The sign was in good <br />condition and the text was legible. The sign displayed the required information about the operator and the <br />Division. <br /> <br />The topsoil pile markers were posted at both Topsoil Pile 1 and Topsoil Pile 2. <br /> <br />There are orange safety fences placed around all four of the old coal feeder structures. The fences on the <br />northwest and southeast structures were observed to have fallen over. Please repair the two fences.
