Required financial warranty will need to be updated by the Operator and reviewed by the Division <br />as part of the technical revision <br />GSB proposes the following warranty: <br />In addition, GSB respectfully requests the following changes to Stage 1A DWR Mine: <br />Exhibit C -1A Affected Lands May <br />1. The revised Affected Land Map shows how the lease and permit boundary is divided up among <br />the three landowners. The ownership adjacent to Stage 1A has been updated as well. <br />Exhibit D Mining Plan <br />1. Change the buffer area from 9.7 acres to 2.24 acres for a total disturbed acreage of 56.81 acres. <br />2. Based on a survey of the clay lease the permitted acreage is actually 59.05 acres not 60 acres <br />as stated in the permit application. The same survey shows 41.47 acres for Stage 1 B DEB Mine. <br />I assume the original acreage was derived from the Section, Township, and Range method and <br />never surveyed. <br />Exhibit D Mining Plan Maa <br />1. Revised the Mining Plan Map to show the locations of clay, topsoil, and overburden stockpiles. <br />Also depicted are the mine areas and future mine areas. <br />2. Update the current topography and mining layout. <br />3. Update location of mine roads. <br />Exhibit E Reclamation Plan <br />Add to the Reclamation Plan the stormwater pond on Wiesner's property and Boston's Stock <br />Pond on McDonald's Property. Approval letters from the State Engineer's Office are enclosed <br />for each of the ponds. <br />Exhibit F -1A Reclamation Plan Ma[) <br />1. Add to the Reclamation Plan Map the stormwater pond on Wiesner's property and Boston's <br />Stock Pond on McDonald's Property for Stage 1A. <br />2. Revised the final topography.
