PUBLIC NOTICE
Trapper Miningg Inc. intends to conduct blasting oper-
ations tluring the ane -year periotl commencing
March 2018, at its Trapper Mine.'dace coal op'
in Moffat County, Colorado.
The blasting program will be conducted within the
following areas:
Ashmore -Pit Section 35, TON, R91 W
Lancaster -Pit S1/2 Section 32, TON,
R90W and Section 5,
T5N,R90W
N -Pit 31/2 SWI/4 Section 25
tl Section 36, TON,
R91W
The blasting program will be contluctetl deity Da -
.an .'nose and sunset. Orange cones and/or
30" red and white octap signstating -Keep Out-
Stop-Blastingg Area" wig ident7 all active blast pat-
terns. In adtlbion, guards will be placed at all major
roadways that access the blast area at least 10 mi-
tes prior to detonation and remain in pace until
the all -clear signal.
The audible warnings prior to all blasts will be:
