I believe this TR fulfills the terms of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety and Central City Consolidated Mining Stipulated Agreement (September 20, 2017), and
the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("MLRB") Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order
(November 1, 20I7). This technical revision confirms CCCM's desire and intent to reinstate the
original reclamation plan which states: "All existing structures will remain after reclamation."
If this TR is approved, I respectfully request the Permit be updated to reflect the post -mining
land use will be "Environmental Character Preservation" which the Site is currently zoned for
under the Black Hawk Municipal Code.
In support of TR -04, CCCM offers the following documentation.
Site Cleanup and Repairs to Building
During an inspection of the Site on May 27, 2016, the Division identified several concerns.
CCCM has addressed these concerns by cleaning up the Site and making repairs to the mill
building, as evidenced by the attached documents:
1) Division Inspection Report of Site (May 27, 2016);
2) Letter from CCCM consultant, Black Fox Mining LLC, to attorney Chris Neumann
regarding Site cleanup status (November 9, 2017), including photographs of cleaned up
areas of the Site corresponding to photographs in the Division Inspection Report;
3) Invoices and waste manifests evidencing the removal and proper disposal of chemicals,
reagents and refuse; and,
4) Inventory of chemicals remaining onsite.
Black Fox Mining LLC
1508 Ridge Road, Nederland, CO 80466
(303) 570-6269
BLACK
MINING
L L
