The CDRMS decision form is enclosed. Revised and/or new text and maps are enclosed as outlined on the decision form and this letter should replace existing permit text and maps. Due to the increased volume of material in Volume 2 of the PAP, a new binder has been included to replace the previous version if it is inadequate to hold the new materials for that volume. Note that Appendix K Section VII is included as a two-sided document. This section should replace the previous one-sided Section VII. This was done to make room for the new sections added to the Appendix K binder.
