Any party by <br />notice given above may change the address to which future <br />notice may be sent. <br />9. Rule Against Perpetuities. Notwithstanding any <br />other provision of this Lease, if any interest in real property <br />granted by this Lease does not vest upon the date hereof, such <br />interest must vest, if at all, within 20 years, 364 days after <br />the death of the last surviving legitimate descendant of <br />Joseph P. Kennedy, father of John F. Kennedy, the former <br />President of the United States, who is alive on the date of <br />this Lease. <br />10. Miscellaneous. (a) This Lease shall be binding <br />upon and inure to the benefit of the Owners and the State and <br />their respective personal representatives, successors and <br />assigns. <br />(b) The section headings are inserted only for <br />convenient reference and do not define, limit or prescribe the <br />scope of this Lease. <br />4 <br />
