Eagle Peaks Mining LLC
Bullger Basin Placer
Park County
M-1985-022
Eagle Peaks Mining would like to make the following revisions to their mining plan:
1. We would like to sell screened/processed material from our plant to help offset the costs of
mining. This would be gravel/roadbase and rock.
2. We would like to move one of our existing lower settling ponds to a higher area, remaining in
the permitted area. Please see the attached illustration. We have discussed this with the local
water commissioner and it was approved. The pond will be constructed so that it consumes the
same surface area as the existing pond, which will be reclaimed. The pond will be constructed in
an area that is already disturbed so no new disturbed area is required.
3. Eagle Peaks Mining would like to construct a new access road to the plant site from the pond
area. The proposed road will be entirely in the permitted area and make access to the plant and
pit area more convenient. The existing road is quite steep and is used by other land/claim
owners. The proposed road will be have a lesser grade for safer and private access by Eagle
Peaks Mining. Please see illustration. The new road will be in a previously disturbed area,
requiring no new disturbance.
