Mickelson, Physical Science Researcher/Scientist <br />Date: February 15, 2018 <br />Re: Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C-1981-038, (TR -63) <br />Operator: Bowie Resources, LLC <br />All or portions of Sections 1, 2, 10-15-, 22-25, T1 3S, R92W, 6th P.M.; all or <br />portions of Sections 17-19, 29-32, T1 3S, R91 W, 6th P.M., Delta County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />Bowie Resources, LLC proposes a technical revision to revise the revegetation success <br />standard that will be used for Phase III bond release at the East Mine, West Mine and Run -of <br />Mine Area for its permit at the Bowie No. 1 Mine. Mining has ceased and reclamation activities <br />are in progress. <br />Well permit no. 22422-F, located in the SW '/4 of the NW '/4 of Section 13, Twp. 13 South, Rng. <br />92 West of the 6th P.M., is approved pursuant to Division 4 court case no. W-3106 as a <br />temporary alternate point of diversion for the East Beckwith No. 1 Reservoir priorities described <br />in that case. <br />Please note that the site is located within an over appropriated stream basin.
