In your letter, <br /> you requested the following items be submitted to the Division: <br /> 1. The Environmental Protection Facility Certification provided by Henderson references <br /> Technical Revision No. 25, instead of Technical Revision No. 28. Please provide the <br /> Division with a revised Environmental Protection Facility Certification page with the <br /> correct technical revision number reference. <br /> Henderson Response: The Certification Page has been updated, as requested. See <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> 2. The Environmental Protection Facility Certification provided by Henderson references <br /> the approval date for the technical revision as April 25, 2015, instead of June 14, 2017. <br /> Please provide the Division with a revised Environmental Protection Facility Certification <br /> page with the correct technical revision approval date reference. <br /> Henderson Response: The Certification Page has been updated, as requested. The Henderson Mill Seepwater Collection System Piping Hydrostatic test memo dated <br /> October 31, 2017 from Doug MacLaren, P.E. states the discharge line from MLEX-5 is a <br /> 3-inch HDPE line in the first paragraph of the memo. The memo states the 4-inch HDPE <br /> line for MLEX-5 was pressurized in the second paragraph of the memo. Please explain <br /> the discrepancy in the diameter of the discharge line for MLEX-5 and update the memo <br /> accordingly. <br />
