CcS j` L� � ..tt"4m <br />201B JAN -8 PPI 12: 26 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Turquoise Connection, Inc, 107 Wild Rose Dr. Canon City, CO 812I2, 714-557- <br />2848, has filed an application for an amendment to existing mining permit 2007-031, for <br />the purpose of reclamation of adjacent lands located outside the current permit area. The <br />affected lands under the amendment, and the Scott Blue 11 claim which is currently <br />permitted under M 2007-31, are situated in Teller County, CO in the NE 114 of Section <br />13, Township 15 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M. <br />The proposed date of commencement for reclamation of adjacent lands under the <br />amendment is May 1, 2018 (weather permitting) and the estimated completion period for <br />this reclamation is October 31, 2018. The affected lands under the amendment will be <br />seeded using native seed and returned to rangeland. Mining under existing permit 2007- <br />031 will continue once the reclamation of adjacent lands outlined in this amendment has <br />been completed. Written comments must <br />be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:OOPM on January 25, <br />2018. <br />
