A berm is currently present to <br />prevent material from going into or near the river while conveyor support structures are being removed. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The silo was still standing at the time of inspection, and a plan is in place to continue with demolition. <br />Facility structure foundations are being removed to 4 ft. below approximate original contour. The tunnel under the <br />coal stack tube has been removed. The railroad bridge is in process of removal. The rail scale was being <br />removed.
