Mcfarland <br />Re: Bowie No. l Mine (Permit No. C-1981-038) <br />Proposed Decision Permit Revision No. 5 (PR -5) <br />Land Use Change <br />Dear Mcfarland: <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is <br />proposing to withdraw Permit Revision No. 5 (PR -5). The application was submitted by Bowie <br />Resources, LLC for the Bowie No. 1 Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.07.4(2)(c) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are providing <br />notice of this proposed decision. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first <br />publication of this notice in the Delta County Independent.
