Bond Release appli- <br /> cation No.6(SL-6)represents partial Phase I re-I <br /> lease of 76.5 acres and a partial Phase III release ofl <br /> 275.4 acres of reclaimed lands associated with the <br /> Seneca Yeast Mine. All areas associated with thisl <br /> SL-6 application were reclaimed between 1997 and <br /> 2013.The surface operation is operated by Senecal <br /> Property LLC under the provisions of the Colorado <br /> Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The <br /> bond release application was submitted by Senecal <br /> Property LLC on December 28,2016.
