Section 17. Choice of Law. This Agreement shall be administered, construed and <br /> enforced according to the laws of the state of Colorado. <br /> Section 18. Interpretation. As used in this Agreement, words in the singular include the <br /> plural and words in the plural include the singular. The descriptive headings for each Section of <br /> this Agreement shall not affect the interpretation or the legal efficacy of this Agreement. <br /> Section 19.
