Doug Smith <br />Page 2 <br />2/6/2018 <br />During the 2017 calander year the rail lines associated with the Terror Creek Loadout <br />were removed. The rail ballast remains on site. The site was spot sprayed during the year <br />for the noxious weed, whitetop. Weed spraying was conducted in accordance with the C- <br />1983-059 Permit Application. <br />During the review of the 2017 ARR the acreages reported in the TLC report were <br />compaired to the records kept in the Permit System and the C-1983-059 Permit <br />Application. The TCL 2017 report indicates that there are 13 acres disturbed on the site. <br />Upon review, the PAP indicates that 13.6 acres were disturbed. The PAP mentions on P. <br />2.04-1 that an additional 0.6 acres were disturbed to widen the access road to the shop <br />office area to create additional truck parking and maitainence area. The additional <br />disturbance was approved with TR -3. PIease update the 2017 ARR form with the <br />revised acreage. <br />The Division has no further comments, this concludes the review of the 2017 Annual <br />Reclamation Report for the Terror Creek Loadout.
