For all of these <br />inspections, records must be kept on f le. Exceptions to the inspection requirements are detailed in Part <br />I. D.6 of the permit. <br />F. SWMP Revlsfon, <br />The permittee shall amend the SWMP whenever there is a change in design, construction, operation, or <br />maintenance of the site, which would require the implementation of new or revised BMPs. The SWMP shall <br />also be amended if it proves to be ineffective in achieving the general objectives of controlling pollutants in <br />stormwaler discharges associated with construction activity. The timingfo• completion of SWMP changes is <br />detailed in Parts LD.5(c) and I D. 5(4) of the permit. <br />SWMP revisions shall be made prior to change in the f eld, or in accordance with Part 1 D.5(d) of the <br />permit. <br />G. &Ljoi <br />The inspection record shall be made available to the Division upon request. Regular submittal of an annual <br />report is not required in this permit. See Part LD.9 of the permil. <br />K An Fee <br />The permittee is required to submit payment of an annual fee as set forth in the Water Quality Control Act. <br />Permittees will he billed for the initial permit fee within a few weeks of permit issuance and then annually, <br />based on a July I through June 30 billing cycle, <br />RMWnsilriaio for P_er_urif <br />The permit certification for a site may he inactivated, once coverage is no longer needed. The certification <br />rmav be transferred, if another• party is assuming responsibility for the entire area covered by the <br />certification. In addition, permit responsibility for pari of the, area covered by the certification maybe <br />reassigned to another party. These actions are summarized below. The Stormwater Program construction <br />fact sheet explains these actions in further detail under the section on Multiple Owner/Developer Sites, and <br />is available on the Division website at <br />!r162Il+rti���.c�ll�iaer.stuis co.►nhscr!P_e±nrr_'t�.Clrritls[crrntsFat rjli.'nrt►ticrct5 e .!'D Section F, <br />Inactivation Notice; When a site has been finally stabilized in accordance with the SWMP, the <br />permittee shall submit an Inactivation Notice that is signed in accordance with Part I.F.1 of the <br />permit. A summary of the Inactivation Notice content is described in Part I.A. 6 of the permit. A copy <br />of the Inactivation Notice form will be mailed to the permittee along with the permit certification. <br />Additional copies are available from the Division. <br />For sites where all areas have been removed from permit coverage, the permittee may submit an <br />inactivation notice and terminate permit coverage. In such cases the permittee would no longer have <br />any land covered under their permit certification, and therefore there would be no areas remaining to <br />finally stabilize, Areas may be removed from permit coverage by; <br />-reassignment of permit coverage (Part I.A. 8 of the permit); <br />-sale to homeowner(s) (Part LA.9 of the permit); or <br />-amendment by the permiltee, in accordance with Division guidance for areas where permit coverage <br />has been obtained by a new operator or returned to agricultural use. <br />
