Once the mine <br />comes out of temporary cessations, which is required for both mining and reclamation, the <br />previous operational level monitoring would resume. Both monitoring schedules for active <br />status and temporary cessation status are located in Table 2.04.7-T9. <br />Upon completion of underground mining at PSCM, the following reclamation tasks will be <br />performed on surface disturbances: portals will be sealed, structures will be demolished and <br />transported for disposal off-site, the surface will be regraded to approximate original contour, <br />drainage will be re-established, topsoil from the stockpile will be replaced on disturbed areas to a <br />minimum depth of 12 inches, and seeding and shrub transplants will be performed for providing <br />erosion control and for supporting the post mining land uses of rangeland, wildlife habitat, and <br />recreation. <br />10 <br />
