I <br />have added each point to be addressed from your letter so when <br />reviewing our response one does not have to keep referring back to <br />your adequacy letter. <br />EXHIBIT D - Mining Plan (Rule 6.4.4): <br />60. In response to Adequacy Item #55, the Applicant provided a revised and updated Blasting <br />Plan in accordance with Rule 6.4.4(1) and Rule 6.5(4). The Division has reviewed the new <br />submittal and provides the following inadequacies: <br />60.1 In response to Adequacy Item #55.3, the Applicant states a one -mile setback line <br />around the permit was used to determine structures which qualify for a pre -blast <br />survey. The Division believes this is in error as other sections of the blasting plan <br />state the distance being one-half mile. Please revise this accordingly and <br />re -submit a new page 2 of the Adequacy Response 43. <br />This was a typographical error, I fixed it and will replace it in <br />the county submittal copy. A replacement page is attached for <br />the file. <br />
