As part
of our ongoing demolition/reclamation efforts for the Williams Fork property, we plan to remove, load,
and haul approximately 3,700 tons of coal from the stacking -tube yard area back to Twentymile, where
it will be placed in the Run -of -Mine pile area and blended in with our normal production. These
activities are covered by our existing air emissions permits for both properties. Since this activity
involves no new disturbance, it will not result in any change in the calculated reclamation liability for
either property.
This submittal includes a revised PAP text page (pg. 2.05-25) describing this activity. As a relatively
straight -forward change, we anticipate that this revision application can be processed fairly quickly.
Once you have had opportunity to review the accompanying information, please feel free to contact me
with any questions, or to discuss related matters.
Best regards,
for Moffat County Minina, LLC
Jerry M. ett n
Manager E ironmental Affairs
