On January 22, 2018, the Division received the 2017 annual fee, <br />report, and map, and it was noted that you are the current Permittee/Contact under Caerus Oil and Gas LLC. The <br />Division is unable to accept a change in Permittee Company and name in this manner. <br />The Division's procedures to change a Permittee Operator is by submittal of "Request for Transfer of Mineral <br />Permit and Succession of Operators Application Packet." This site is a Construction Materials Operation with a <br />$144.00 filing fee. I have enclosed the Application form with instruction for your convenience.
