(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of technical revision 118 (TR - <br />118) to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br />TR -118 proposes temporary access roads to support development of the Collom Pit, a revised <br />haul road configuration from the Collom Pit, a redesign of the Section 26 Pond and associated sediment <br />control ditches, new topsoil stockpile locations, a communications building, and an updated cumulative <br />bond schedule in Exhibit 13C. <br />Also included with this technical revision are a revision application, a change of index sheet to <br />ease incorporation into the permit document, and a public notice for your review.
