The application for the Hitch Rack Ranch <br />Quarry was filed with the Division on November 9, 2017 by Transit Mix Concrete Co. (Transit Mix), <br />The review period for the application is currently scheduled to close on March 30, 2018. <br />The application will be scheduled for consideration by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />(Board) at the April 25-26, 2018 Board meeting. A pre -hearing conference will be held after the Division <br />has issued its written recommendation on the application and at least ten calendar days prior to the formal <br />Board hearing.
