However, <br />individual speaking times may be limited due to time constraints. <br />Any person who submits a written comment during the public comment period for the application has <br />standing for party status. Party status is subsequently maintained by participating in the pre -hearing <br />conference and fon-nal Board hearing. However, the public meeting to be held on February 26, 2018 is <br />informal and has no bearing on party status.
