TYRRELL
417 E. 8th Street
GREELEY, CO 80531
SUBJECT: LOLOFF PIT MINING & LASER OILFIELD SERVICES
To Whom it may concern
On Febuary 28, 2015 we lost well water to house and shop.
Mr. Peter S. Hays has been here twice to check on situation.
Jack MIller with LASER OILFIELD SERVICES and LOLFF PIT MINING
assured Mr. Hays that they would work with Mr. Tyrrell to come
to a solution. Jim with LASSER OILFIELD SERVICES HAS BEEN working
with Mr. Tyrrell. Quality Well Services was contacted about
drilling a new well. Quality Well Service could not guarantee
hitting water with a deeper well. It was agreed the present well
would never come back. Jim and I agreed that drilling a
depper well without knowing there would be water, would
be a waste of money. The only solution was to hook up to
City Water. Jim was to contact LOLOFF Pit Mining and get bsek
with me. I have tried to contact Jim by phone and text. They
will not anserer me. This was back in Oct. 2017. It will be
two years in Febuary 2018. Nothing has beep/ done to get us
water. Mr_ Hays I would appreciate it if you would look into
to this matter, as we still have no water.
THANK YOU,
yleu'"
7,
JACK E. TYRRELL
