AFFIDAVIT <br /> COUNTY OF PUEBLO ) <br /> The following information is provided per your request on what I want final reclamation at the <br /> property known as The Orr Pit located in the SE'/4SE'/4 ,Section 6, T21-S, R-63-W, 6th P.M. <br /> Pueblo County to be. <br /> 1- All the final slopes along south, east and north sides are to be graded 3H to IV, and <br /> revegetated for use a rangeland. <br /> 2. The floor area at the base of the slopes and around the residence are to be graded with a <br /> gentle grade from east to west to preserve natural drainage across the property and <br /> graveled if needed to at least it present condition, for use as a parking and farm yard area. <br /> 3. The primary mine access road starting in the northwest corner on 33rd Lane and the road <br /> to the residence will be left as access to the property. <br /> 4.
