The acreage was originally
designated for two water recharge wells: one located on the southern boundary, and one
located on the eastern boundary north of Weld County Road 8. Recharge wells have not been
installed and are not necessary in either location. There has been no disturbance associated
with mining operation. Please find the required documentation attached:
• Request for Full or Partial Release of Permit Area/Survey Reduction Form
• List of Property Owners
• Revised Permit Boundary Legal Description
• Revised Mining Permit Drawings
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 303-628-6756 or Ryan Stitt
at 303-628-6539.
Sincerely,
44z)/C6
Bradley D.
