As the Division is aware, the facility has been dismantled and equipment
removed from the site.
The sediment pond and dugout pond are both inspected at least quarterly. During 2017 no water
discharges occurred. No water monitoring was performed or was required at the site.
Water is no longer used at the loadout facility for dust suppression or office use. The shower
facility has been removed from service. The site has two sources of water, which were not used
during 2017. There is a domestic well which supplied water for the office and showers and
water from the Deer Trail Ditch was used for dust suppression of the loadout facility. There is no
record kept of consumptive use during the year.
Please call me at 970-929-6034 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Doug A.
