Russell, Environmental Protection Specialist, DRMS fiWw.s <br />RE: Q-2, File No. M-2017-046 <br />Please be advised that on January 10, 2018, Gary W Pollack, whose address and telephone number are 11415 <br />Palomar St., Spring Hill, FL 34609; (352) 263-5238, filed an application to conduct a Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 27, Township 11 S, Range 71 W, 6th Principle Meridian, in Teller <br />County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and <br />Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a post -mining land use. The application decision date is <br />scheduled for February 8, 2018. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Teller County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can be found at htto:///drmsweblink.slate_co.us/ by <br />searching M2017046 in the "Permit No " field.
