The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(The Division) has reviewed the above referenced report detailing capacity data received by the Division on 3 <br />January 2017. Sediment pond inspections were conducted by TMI on the the 7th, 25th, and 26 th of November 2017. <br /> <br />This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rules 4.05.9. No maintenance items were <br />noted during the inspections. The ponds that were discharging were discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/ <br />second. DRMS noted the following ponds at or near the DRMS recommended guideline of 60% sediment capacity for <br />cleaning: <br /> <br />Pond Sed Level DRMS recommends that Trappper Mine consider placing <br />these three ponds on the 2018 maintenance list for dredging.
