This letter <br />clarifies the first sentence of paragraph three in the October 20, 2017, letter from DRMS: <br />Therefore, at this time and superseding any prior permit conditions, the numeric <br />protection levels for all groundwater points of compliance for the Climax Mine will be <br />equivalent to the table value standards included in the interim narrative standard of <br />Regulation 41. <br />DRMS clarifies, any changes to the permit conditions of Permit No. 1977-493, including the numeric <br />protection levels for all groundwater points of compliance for the Climax Mine, will follow Rule 3.1.7(4) <br />and will be submitted for DRMS review and approval through the Technical Revision process, in <br />accordance with Rules 1.1(52) and 1.9, or the Amendment process, in accordance with Rules 1.1(6) and <br />1.10. <br />Sincerely, <br />u��e**,). <br />zz_ <br />Wallace H.
