<br />Dear Moffat County Commissioners:

<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-010
<br />for the Trapper Mine on January 9, 2018, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to
<br />continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The
<br />permit was issued to Trapper Mining, Inc., P.O. Box 187, Craig, CO 81626, (970) 824-4401, for
<br />their mining operation located in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig,
<br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows:
