MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Snowcap Coal Company, Inc. (SCC), enclosed is an application for a minor <br />revision to correct SCC's disturbed acreage. The 0.2 acres listed as disturbed in SCC's <br />Annual Reclamation Reports for Outfall 002 pipe is misrepresented. If, or when, the pipe <br />associated with Outfall 002 is removed, no surface acres will be disturbed. The pipe <br />would be plugged at the North West Intake (which was the area initially disturbed when <br />the pipes were installed and which has already received Phase III release) and the <br />remaining pipe would be pulled out of the culvert and discarded.
