The gravel portion of the road <br />was in good repair. There were no ruts or erosional features observed. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification sign is displayed to the left of the entrance to the site. The sign displays the <br />required information about the operator and the Division (Photo 3). <br /> <br />There are orange safety fences around 4 of the old coal feeder structures.
