The majority of the material was placed back at the entrance of the Chicago Tunnel, near where
the development rock originated from (see Photo 1 in Attachment 1). Due to space constraints at the
Chicago Tunnel entrance, a small portion of the relocated material was also placed in a laydown yard just
north of the Squaw Gulch Valley Leach Facility.
Should you require fin-ther information please do not hesitate to contact Clara Steward at 719.689.4313 or
myself at 719.689.4055 or Meg.Burt(ci-newmont.com.
Sincerely,
i
Meg Burt
Senior En ironmental Manager
Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Co
MB cbs
Ec: T.
