EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
Reclamation will be ongoing throughout the operation and will consist of grading
the affected areas to a slope of 2:1 or less as individual areas have had all useful
sand and gravel removed. Areas along the eastern edge of the permitted area will
not be mined as these areas are too steep and rocky for mining operations. The
reclaimed areas will have less slope than in the current state, making the
reclaimed rangeland more productive than in its current state.
Reclamation of the original Gaede pit area will begin first, and move southward
following mining operations. Topsoil removed prior to mining will be stored on
site and used in reclamation. If there is no natural growth from this topsoil, the
areas will be seeded by drilling or broadcasting depending on topography with a
recommended seed mix from the NRCS and fertilized if necessary to ensure
growth. The specific seed mix will be determined after it is deemed necessary by
the county and/or DRMS that seeding is needed to complete reclamation.
EXHIBIT F
RECLAMATION PLAN MAP
