BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, AND ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF RECONSIDERATION <br />SCHMIDT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AF <br />1982-155 <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined <br />November 16, 2o16, in Denver, Colorado as a <br />of a permit approval after 365 days for Schmi; <br />file number M-1982-155. <br />The Board, having considered the mates <br />item and being otherwise fully informed of the <br />FINDINGS <br />1. On January 3, 2012, the Division <br />("Division") approved the amendment applica1 <br />the Fountain Pit, to increase the permit area b: <br />located in Section 13, Township 16 South, Ran; <br />Paso County. <br />2.
