EXHIBIT S PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. All of <br /> these structures are shown on Map C-1. <br /> - CDOT owned Highway 9 <br /> - Power poles along east side of Highway 9 owned by Xcel Energy <br /> - Parking area and storage yard for Town Hall of Alma <br /> - Metal and Concrete Bridge under Middle Fork of South Platte for Highway 9, owned by <br /> CDOT <br /> - Columbia Ditch, owned by High Mountain Mining Company, LLC <br /> - Colorado Springs 36" buried water pipeline, owned by City of Colorado Springs <br /> - Town of Alma Wastewater Treatment Plant <br /> - Compacted dirt access road(24'width), immediately south of permit area, leading to the <br /> residential development north and west of permit known as Breckenridge Mountain <br /> Estates.
