The property is bounded by the town of <br /> Alma to the west and southwest with rangeland and the Middle Fork of the South Platte River <br /> riparian corridor to the north, east, and south. The site is directly adjacent to the Middle Fork of <br /> the South Platte River that runs along the western border of the permit area.
