I have added each point to be addressed from your <br /> letter so when reviewing our response one does not have to keep <br /> referring back to your adequacy letter. <br /> As part of this response I have revised the appropriate <br /> places in the application text that are changed as a result of <br /> the responses and have enclosed a version of the changed exhibit <br /> pages as appropriate . <br /> EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands (Rule 6.4.3): <br /> 43. In response to Adequacy Item#12, the Applicant used information from the online map <br /> portal of the Pueblo County Assessor to demonstrate the proposed northwest permit <br /> boundary corner abuts the county right of way of Even Road. The Applicant then <br /> adjusted all of the AM-03 maps showing the correct location of the northern permit <br /> boundary. The Applicant has shifted the northern permit boundary approximately 50-60 <br /> feet north. The Division has the following concerns regarding this response. <br /> I did not change the north boundary from the maps supplied in <br /> September to those revised in November. The only change was to <br /> add Even Road in the northwest corner. <br /> 43.1 The 50-60 foot shift in the proposed northern permit boundary constitutes an Amendment <br /> to AM-03. The Applicant will need to file an Amendment to AM-03 to include all of the <br />
