Images were analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley also of the DRMS. As this <br />was an aerial inspection no Keenesburg Mine representative was present. Main haul roads appeared in good repair, <br />no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. The weather appeared clear. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br />Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o <br />o Roads in and around the facilities were in good condition and appeared to function <br />adequately, as seen in photos 1,3. <br />o No fugitive dust from equipment operations was noted in the imagery. <br />o No rutted areas or standing water were noted in the imagery. <br />
