July 17, 2017 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br /> <br />Only two ponds were captured in the imagery. <br />o The ponds noted in the aerial photography appear to be snow and/or ice covered. <br />o Banks appeared stable with established vegetation. <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 4: Mine overview looking northwest. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4), Storage and Protection 4.06.3, Redistribution 4.06.4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />o Topsoil piles appear in the imagery as per photos2 and 5. No soil movement was opserved <br />on the top soil piles. Overall, top soil piles observed in the imagery appeared stable and <br />shaped to a the angle of repose with adequate vegetation holding the soil. <br /> <br />SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE – Rule 4.12 <br /> <br />No evidence of slides, cracks or fissures ws apparent in the imagery examined. <br /> <br />BACKFILLING and GRADING- Rule 4.15 <br /> <br />Grading operations and overburden placement operations were not apparent in the imagery at the time of <br />the aerial flight. However, benches had been built as shown in photo 1 above <br />
