This
revision is for the initial SST south mains development mining toward the future
potential Sunset Trail longwall panels development area, or the potential Mt. Gunnison
Fuel (MCC fee) panel area. After mining to the south of the fault zone that was
permitted with Minor Revision No. MR -425, four to six entries will developed
approximately six crosscuts to the south to the proximity of the south boundary of
federal coal lease C-1362. All of the proposed underground mining development is
within the current permit boundary. No surface disturbing activities are proposed.
Please don't hesitate to contact me at (970) 929-2238 or by e-mail should you have
questions regarding this submittal.
Sincerely,
Kathleen G.
