Mickelson, Physical Science Researcher/Scientist <br />Date December 15, 2017 <br />Re: Permit No. M-2013-013-AM01 <br />Operator: Delta County; Cook Pit <br />Section 33, Twp 15 S, Rng 96 W. 6th P.M.; Delta County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />According to our records, there does not appear to be a production well permitted at the location of this <br />site. A valid well permit must be obtained for any exposure of ground water occurring during or after <br />mining operations and for any ground water uses. <br />According to the applicant, the only water use during mining operation will be for dust control and will be <br />brought in by truck from off-site sources available to Delta County.
