urge the Mine Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) to deny TM's application.
I request that both the Pre-hearing Conference and MLRB Hearing be conducted in Col-
orado Springs. It is unfair for the El Paso County residents along Highway 115 to travel
to Denver to the hearings to object. Denver is so disconnected from Colorado Springs
that the hearings will be bias.
