Subject: Objection to Permit M2017-049
Ms. Eschberger,
As a friend of a property owner within the Eagles Nest development, I object to Transit
Mix Concrete Company's application M2017-049 to establish a quarry on Hitch Rack
Ranch.
The application fails to protect water resources, wildlife habitat and the easement rights
of several property owners along Little Turkey Creek Road.
I urge the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) to deny the application.
I request that both the Pre-hearing Conference and MLRB Hearing be conducted in
Colorado Springs.
