The topsoil (approximately 6"- <br /> 12") of this natural drainage area was stripped and compacted with a minimum of four passes of <br /> the Bomag mini compactor. <br /> 2.0 GEOTEXTILE <br /> Geotextile was placed over the compacted subgrade of the natural drainage area that discharges <br /> into the project channel. <br /> 3.0 RIPRAP <br /> Approximately 1.5 feet of Dso= 18" riprap was placed over the geotextile in the natural drainage <br /> area. <br /> 4.0 CONCRETE AND GROUT <br /> Langston Concrete arrive on site at 10:00 A.M. to set up the Concord All Terrain pump truck on a <br /> ledge above the upstream end of the diversion channel. Two truckloads of grout were delivered <br /> to the project site by Transit Mix Concrete; one at 12:30 P.M. and one at 4:30 P.M. Grout was <br /> placed around the riprap at the entrance of the channel by Langston Concrete. The finished <br /> grouted riprap was covered with tarps for the night. <br /> Page 1 <br />
