The land owner will receive compensation for the extraction on a $2/cubic yard basis for the <br />temporary use of the soil. <br />14. Please supply a copy of any documents that will ensure that the area of extraction will be <br />reclaimed to some beneficial land use once extraction activities have been completed. <br />See attached contract. <br />15. At which point JHL will permanently seed and establish area back to original <br />conditions. <br />18.
