An Annual Hydrology Report compiling and interpreting the hydrologic data will be <br />prepared based on a water year of October 1 through September 30 each year, and <br />will be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining 8, Safety by December 31 of <br />that year. <br />SURFACE WATER MONITORING <br />In the event of any discharge from any NPDES Discharge Point, the following <br />parameters will be sampled: <br />a) Ph (SU) <br />b) Solids, total suspended (mg/L) <br />c) Solids, settleable (mg/L <br />d) Iron, total recoverable (mg/L) <br />e) Oil and grease (mg/L) <br />f) Flow, in conduit or thru treatment plant (MGD) <br />g) Solids, total dissolved (mg/L) <br />h) Oil and grease visual <br />PROTECTION OF PUBLIC PARKS AND HISTORIC PLACES <br />There are no publicly owned parks or places listed on the National Register of <br />Historic Places that may be adversely affected by the operation.
